If you grew up in the church chances are you thought that people not in the church had no structure or were lawless or it was just a free for all. But, now, being on the other side we have come to realize that is not the case at all. In this episode, we talk about shadow work, what it is and how it differs from our life in the church.
Boundaries can sometimes be tough to establish, but are an important part of loving ourselves well. Without boundaries, we open ourselves up to resentment and bitterness and deny ourselves the respect we deserve.
