This was a very helpful episode! Yes, there is definitely a lot of fear and uncertainty. Would you say that a recession could offset any rise and costs due to the tariffs? is that a possibility? In my area of the country, we were seeing about $300 per square foot, but now it is estimated at $400 per square foot. Wondering if a recession might drop it back down?
