It was a perfect short explanation. The fact that Singapore Mathematics https://esingaporemath.com/ have fewer topics, but more in-depth understanding is key. As teachers, we do a lot of how to do math, and believe it would be unfair to give test questions that students had never done before

Yes! The song is just going to be with me when I have forgotten all else. My son loves when I accidentally say "Yellow is five and two" and now we sing it EVEN MORE! Wheee! Great podcast. I really love listening to both of you chat about homeschooling. It's helping my FOMO a lot. I keep buying curricula to find the magic one that will appeal to all of my learners and be easy for me to organize and get through. RSM is fantastic!
