I thought Borderlands was the dumbest looking thing ever made and hated shooters. I argued against a friend for months about how bad it must be before trying it and almost instantly falling in love

I recommend also listening to the first part of the episode Native Fetish of the podcast Yo, is this racist? Joey Clift is on there talking about his decision to go on this show and have this conversation. It's very thoughtful and interesting.

weird episode, no clue why the guy accepted to go on the show if he was actually upset about covering this game. Them wanting to actually get a native American perspective on it is absolutely fine and even commendable. He should have said no honestly and not wasted everyone's time. what a waste of a podcast episode. They didn't want to just be two white people laughing at the game end of story.
