Today's special and honored guest is Larisa an immigrant from Ukraine or modern-day Russia; who obtained her United States naturalized citizenship.  You are going to hear from Larisa (Lara), who tells her story as well as her sons. She is a young mother that has an innocent son who's allegedly illegally detained without bail. He has not been charged with a crime by the courts. Lara has stated in her letter to us that, "I can't sleep and eat, I regret bringing my son to America, the American dreams have turned into nightmares..." She continues to say, "If you do not have money in America, there is no equal justice, and therefore you are treated inhumane or have no human rights." She claims her son is being denied medical care as a detainee. Allegedly, this is happening in prisons across America. Do you have a family member that has been falsely accused or detained for a crime they did not commit? If the answer is yes- We like to hear your story. Please call into our show (563) 999-3676. We are live right now! Lara talked to her son, "Savvaty Wednesday, February 19th; his Public Defender told him that the forensic report did not show there were any sex crime and abuse, but she said that the verbal accusation still stands. But its already known that there were no police reports, no hospital visits/ examination of his wife..." Larisa is asking for your help to seek justice for her son. She claims to be innocent of any wrongdoings. Thank you for tuning in. We encourage you to follow us! If you like the interview by Kingya follow him at blogtalkradio.com/kingya Please stay tuned for more.
The Innermost Circle of Hell Continues A Mans Journey Into Darkness.   This account happens to be the true-life story of James Joseph Owens-El and Kingya.   James Owens El and I both grew up watching internal abuse from victimized step-fathers through systemic racism in our society. I am going to share with you about racism and how it has shown through redlining for many years, it has been difficult for African Americans to eradicate drugs from the community, purchasing homes, and obtaining careers of their choice and decent employment. Here is a story of several black teenagers growing up in poverty and watching their mother's degradation.    I have seen men of every race, including black men, white men, Hispanics, and others incarcerated after unfair and unjust sentencing from the ill-legal system. Mr. Owens-El and Kingya were sentenced to prison as teenagers and experienced no fair justice in the legal system. This show reflects on how domestic violence against men falsely accused can lead to an unjust sentence.

I used to always here sayings like "Am I my brothers keeper?" "Respect yourself" and "Love your neighbor as you love yourself"  Tune in to our show and lets see where we went wrong.

Does racism exist in America? Are people blinded  and in denial when it comes to wether or not race matters?   Where were we before all the racism began and how do we get back to where we once were prior to the racism? Through the ancient Hebrew and Egyptian cultures the clothing was the only thing that set them apart. Race as we know it did not exist then. So, why is it so blatant here in America? Please tune in and listen to this evenings show and hopefully you'll have some of these questions answered.
It is time to tell the truth about what is going on in America. This is the real story of David and Goliath... All across the nation people are marching while standing up against oppression. David is speaking out against police brutality. Goliath/Officers has been murdering inncoent young Black men, and our youth has the sling-shot of truth to defeat him with one voice. Night after night another mother mourns after having her child ripped from her umbiblical cord and murdered at the hands of Goliath. Day after day he goes back and forth through the earth to seek another young black child to murder. A fathers grief is knowing what has happened, but not being able to defend against Goliath/Perpetrators because of fear. The family hopes and prays for justice against, but the verdict is always the same just this, "Not guilty, No indictment, Innocent, on leave with pay". Just this? Where is justice? Why is it just us? Guest speakers Debra Francis, and Andrea James
In Satsuma, Alabama, my family, the Johnson family is living in a Petite APARTHEID state.  We are separated from the larger Anglo community by a privacy; (2) we are only allowed to ENTER our HOME and PROPERTY from the BACK; (3) all of the services provided to all other at their FRONT DOOR, are provided to us at our BACK DOOR - subservience; (4) when remove the barriers to the FRONT of our HOME we were ARRESTED and charged with a CRIMINAL MISDEMEANOR; and (5) are again downgraded to only being able to ENTER our HOME PROPERTY from the BACK.    Therefore, based on the aforementioned definition,  we are (a) being systematically oppressed by the Anglo-American (dominant) governance of the City of Satsuma, (b) our human rights, civil and constitutional rights are being denied to us because of our RACE, and (c) our social rights/privileges are curtailed due to this inhumane treatment, and the actions of those who are effecting this state of injustice.
Today is International Revolutionary Day.       I am not sure I understand the worlds take on this, but we are trying to create a world devoid of any racist bias, and we are trying to stop cops from shooting Black men. The live of Blacks all over the world are at stake from being exterminated and no one seems to care or visualize what's really happening. The families are in constant mourning and fear that more cops will go free and become millionaires from killing more inncoent Black lives. People are saying its not a race issue but it has always been and will forever be a race and divide issue. We expose police brutality, excessive use of force and police misconduct by law enforcement officials or others abusing their powers, especially against African-Americans and Latinos. Offenders are listed in our national registry database. Our organization encourages protesters, marches and forms political action/vigilance committees to insure officers are obeying the law, wearing body cameras while interacting with the community and equip their vehicles with the same. Protecting and policing our community is everyone’s responsibility.
Another case or White  Supremacy in Staten Island as Eric Garner Killer Not Indicted.this is legalized genocide. Police are getting away with cold blodded murder in the United States of America and the Black Codes are still in effect. America was founded upon a nation of unjust laws. Is there rest for the weary as indictment after indictment against killer cops murdering unarmed Blacks walk free?
This evening we want to rememeber Kajieme Powell who was murdered by several Police Officers in St. Louis Missouri. You will hear the voice his cousin I am interviewing she chose to be anonymous for the present time.

Indian Holocaust Day

Indian Holocaust Day

2014-11-2827:00

There is nothing happy about celebrating 800 million Indian murdered by pilgrims during what is better known as Indian Holocaust Day. Today there are only about 2 million Indians left. We must also remember our own 100,000,000 Black Holocaust. The lives of those lost to police brutality daily here in the United States of America-The families lives will never be the same.
Scores of cities across the nation are experiencing protests about an illegal and unusual process that happened in the grand jury investigation into the death of Michael Brown.  The missing element is legal representation.   The right of legal representation does not only inure to the family of Michael Brown but also to all of the residents of Missouri. There is a legal maxim which says that whenever there is a wrong there is a right.  Unfortunately, it takes competent and legal counsel to seek a redress of grievances.  This would mean a resubmission of the evidence to a second grand jury.   The double jeopardy clause of the Fifth Amendment is not a constitutional bar to a second grand jury investigation. This happened in the contentious case involving the death of Michael Stewart.  Of course, the estate of Michael Stewart had competent and zealous lawyers.  This meant constant motion practice instead of press conferences which is a favorite tool of ": media hounds" and "ambulance chasers."  Black leadership on all fronts is missing. Among other things, there must be an impleader under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and a writ of mandamus to enforce the civil rights of Michael Brown. The U.S. Justice Department should not be sitting on its hands.  It allowed for a civil rights prosecution of Lemrick Nelson for allegedly violating the civil rights of Yankel Rosenbaum. By Alton h. Maddox, jr. Special guest Asadah and Abiodun
