Here is the full recipe with all the measurements: Put frozen mixed berries in a blender - Add 1 whole banana - Add a splash of vanilla syrup - Add a drizzle of maple syrup or honey for sweetener - Add a splash of milk - Now blend - Then take it out in a bowl should be SUPER thick, I recommend a coconut bowl but a regular bowl is fine as well. Then smooth out your smoothie - Let it set in the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes - Now take it out and garnish (get creative in your style and on what you add ) - Enjoy!
