The long awaited birth story! We have been a little busy in the Sheppard house, we have been thinking of y’all and looking forward to this episode. We didn’t intend to wait a year to release it but here it is! Enjoy the wild ride of birth. Happy first Birthday to our beautiful boy.

Hello! We know it has been awhile but we are back to give you a check up on where we are, how baby is, how Alex is feeling and what we are looking forward to in the coming weeks. We can’t believe the arrival of our baby is right around the conner. We feel as if we are waiting for Christmas morning… but we don’t know when it is. Thank you to everyone who has supported us in this journey and have been listening to our podcast, it means a lot to us. This is our season 4 finale.
