An interview with Amy (@_SFTahoe) & Tesla Larry about the upcoming Terafab announcement and potential Tesla/SpaceX/xAI merger. Since Larry's initial theory about merging Tesla & SpaceX, a ton of progress has been made in that direction. SpaceX has acquired xAI and we could be months away from an IPO. Collaborations between the new SpaceX/XAI and Tesla are heating up, with the new AI chips (Terafab), satellites, Grok and so much more. At this point the merger seems inevitable ... what do you think?Amy on X: https://x.com/_SFTahoeLarry on X: https://x.com/TeslaLarry0:45 SpaceX to $100T2:30 SpaceX Plans To Be 10X Bigger Than NVIDIA5:20 The Terafab is Coming! Last week Starcloud CEO Philip Johnston confirmed that they will be launching a Bitcoin mining rig in space later this year. This will be the first Bitcoin mined in space and potentially one of the most lucrative use cases for orbital datacenters. This could have huge implications to the Bitcoin network's future decentralization and resiliency. Now this has got me curious ... will SpaceX/xAI get into Bitcoin mining in space as well? Especially with the upcoming launch of XMoney? It seems like there is a lot of potential here. What do you think? Is the hype real? Just got back from 4 days in Austin, Texas testing Tesla's Robotaxi network. It was very interesting to show the app to my friends and see their reactions and compare the experience with Waymo/Uber. Robotaxi demand was very high because of low prices, and this mean that about 50% of the time I was unable to call a car due to "high service demand", the other 50% of the time Robotaxi was available with a ~15 minute wait time. I'm STOKED to see this expand! It may take some time, but this will truly transform transportation as we know it ... especially if the price sticks! Modeling Tesla's financials from 2026 through 2030. Going from estimating vehicle sales next year, to robotaxi rollout and then optimus impact later this decade. Do you think Tesla is fairly valued at $1.5T after posting $95B in revenue last year (a slight decline) and 4 years of declining earnings? A judge has ruled that the Elon Musk versus OpenAI case is going to trial in April 2026. This is a public grand jury trial, and is gearing up to be an insane spectacle in tech, with leaders like Sam Altman, Satya Nadella and Elon Musk potentially taking the stand in court. The case stems over disputes about the founding and initial funding of OpenAI, where Elon Musk was heavily involved when it was a non-profit. Now Sam Altman's for profit conversion has been surrounded in drama since day one, and is being fully called into question with this court case. Is Elon Musk about to end up with a huge chunk of OpenAI? I discuss with reporter Alex Heath (founder of sources.news) to get an inside scoop on the case. The rumor mill is going crazy! Apparently SpaceX is in talks to merge with XAI ahead of its rumored IPO later this year. This is HUGE news, and now Bloomberg is even reporting Tesla may be involved in the merger as well. Elon Musk has outlined ambitous plans for all of his companies, between investments in Optimus, Cybercab, orbital datacenters, Starlink, XAI compute and more. This could be he needs $1T or more in CAPEX spend, and the easiest way to raise that money would be a combined company. What are your thoughts? Is this going through??Here's my video with Tesla Larry Goldberg about his vision for a Tesla stock swap to buy SpaceX and XAI that appears to be coming true:    • How Tesla Acquires SpaceX, xAI, Neuralink ...  My X:   / gfilche  HyperChange Patreon :)   / hyperchange   Disclaimer: This is not financial advice and I'm long SpaceX & XAI through positions in SPVs.
My interview with Alex Grant, the Founder of Magrathea. His company has achieved a breakthrough in refining brines and seawater to create metals and rare earth materials. Magrathea has just signed an agreement with Tetra Industries in Arkansas to create a new US Magnesium supply from one of their bromine brines. This is a HUGE deal, not only a more sustainable way to make metal, but also reshoring a critical industry that we have outsourced to Russia and China. I'm a proud investor in Magrathea through my VC firm HyperGuap, and think this is one of the coolest startups to watch right now. Thanks for coming on the show Alex! A judge has just rejected OpenAI and Microsoft's bid to dismiss Elon Musk's case against the company. This is HUGE news, and sets the stage for one of the biggest legal battles ever. In April the trial is set to go to court. Kalshi is already predicting Musk is the favorite to win at 65%. Will this lawsuit spook OpenAI's investors? With $1T in chip commitments will this start a downward spiral for OpenAI if they can't find more funding? Who knows. The company also launched Ads today for the first time, signaling they are ramping monetization. Fascinating times! We analyze how much progress has been made on Starship and Starlink's under appreciated potential to drive hundreds of billions of dollars in revenue. It's a deep-dive with Tesla Larry (aka Larry Goldberg) on his proposed idea for Tesla to issue new stock to invest in all of Elon Musk's other companies (SpaceX, Neuralink, Boring, XAI). He theorizes Musk needs to raise $1T+ for all his ambitious projects across his empire and the easiest way would be for a consolidated entity (Tesla) to do it all. In light of the SpaceX IPO news and orbital datacenters I think this is a fascinating pitch even if it's unlikely to happen. Let me know your thoughts!! Elon Musk has stated Tesla's plans to build a chip fab in the US (he's calling it the Tesla Terafab). This has huge implications for the status quo of AI chips, currently dominated by NVIDIA. The whole system of NVIDIA buying chips from TSMC who is buying machines from ASML is very fragile and comes with massive geopolitical risks. Now startups like Substrate and Tesla are challenging this chip paradigm with their own new system. Do you think Tesla and Elon will pull this off to build a chip fab in the US? Then send those chips to Space on a SpaceX rocket? Running xAI models? As we get closer to SpaceX's $1.5T IPO, all eyes are on Starship. The world's largest rocket is set to transform the space industry and SpaceX's financials. The key enabler for Starlink's full potential, the moon mission, mars, datacenters in space and so much more is to get Starship working reliably. With plans for test launches in the coming months and a potential commercial payload later this year, the timing is colliding head on with SpaceX's rumored IPO in summer 2026. Exciting times. Without Starship working it will be impossible for SpaceX to achieve it's ambitious vision. That is why now is such a strategic time for the company to IPO. Selling a huge chunk of stock at a $1T+ valuation would give SpaceX tons of capital to fund the Starship program.0:00 SpaceX IPO In 20261:40 Asking Grok about the V3 Satellite4:00 SpaceX’s Business Model Relies on Starship5:20 When Does Starship Go Into Production?6:42 Why It’s Smart For SpaceX To IPO Right NowMy X:   / gfilche  HyperChange Patreon :)   / hyperchange   Disclaimer: I'm invested in SpaceX through an SPV. After holding Lemonade stock for almost 4 months and researching the company, I'm more bullish than ever. They are executing like crazy and on track to not only increase positive cashflow but become GAAP profitable and eventually a cash cow. This earnings potential is slowly getting realized by the market. This nimble, owner/operator owned insurance company is AI-native and run like a startup. They are growing like crazy while maintaining discipline and strong financials. Cybercab's are being spotted all over Austin, Texas and Elon Musk has confirmed that production is starting in April, just 3 months away. Pre-production models are being seen at an increasing rate as Tesla gets ready to launch its newest vehicle. Purpose built for self-driving, the Cybercab will have no wheels and operate on Tesla's Robotaxi network. All Tesla investors are watching the growth of Robotaxi. Some think there will be tens of thousands of vehicles in the fleet by Q4 2026, others (like myself) think the rollout will be slower and more methodical.Comment your predictions on Tesla's Robotaxi/Cybercab rollout for 2026!!My X:   / gfilche  HyperChange Patreon :)   / hyperchange   Disclaimer: I'm long Tesla stock, this show is not financial advice.
Interviewing Larry Goldberg (aka Tesla Larry) about SpaceX's upcoming IPO. We discuss the company's proposed $1.5T valuation and if thats over or under valued. SpaceX is currently operating it's launch and Starlink businesses at a ~$25B revenue run-rate, Larry believes the new V3 Starlink satellites could expand this significantly. Datacenters in space are coming, but may not add to the bottom line for another 4 or 5 years. And everything hinges on the success of Starship to enable these new businesses. 0:00 SpaceX IPO at $1.5T Valuation2:49 Starship Enables New Businesses4:08 Starlink’s Military Potential & Strategic Value5:54 New Satellites From Starlink Are Gamechangers7:25 AI Datacenters In Space11:48 Elon Musk’s Focus on Tesla’s AI Chips13:09 When Does SpaceX Profit From Datacenters in Space14:17 Will Datacenters In Space Work?16:33 Everything Relies On Starship’s Success18:48 SpaceX IPO: Under or Overpriced?Tesla Larry on X: https://x.com/TeslaLarryMy X:   / gfilche  HyperChange Patreon :)   / hyperchange   Disclaimer: Tesla Larry and I are long Tesla and SpaceX stock, this show is not financial advice.
My interview with Larry Goldberg (aka Tesla Larry) all about the upcoming SpaceX IPO. We go over in depth Bill Ackman's public proposal to help SpaceX with a SPARC offering, essentially allowing the company to go public bypassing the traditional investment banking process. This innovative proposal has created a lot of waves in the Tesla / Elon Musk / SpaceX community as the IPO rumors continue to heat up. Overall I think it's good we have this new alternative to consider, it will help with negotiating with the banks and gives Tesla investors a shot at getting SpaceX shares.Tesla Larry on X: https://x.com/TeslaLarry0:00 Larry Goldberg aka Tesla Larry0:42 Bill Ackman’s SPARK SpaceX IPO Proposal1:31 SPACs and Disrupting The IPO Process6:12 Ackman’s Disruptive Proposal on X24:23 How Tesla Investors Get Early SpaceX AccessMy X:   / gfilche  HyperChange Patreon :)   / hyperchange   Disclaimer: Larry and I are investors in Tesla & SpaceX and nothing in this show is financial advice.

The US Government/NASA has confirmed plans to go to the moon in 2028 and establish a permanent base shortly thereafter. What are they doing on the moon?? Building as Elon Musk puts it: a "Giant lunar base with AI satellite factories and a mass driver to shoot them into deep space (of course)". WHAT and he confirmed rumors that this new business will propel SpaceX to a $100T valuation, yes that's $100 TRILLION. AND fleets of Optimus robots building massive solar famrs (in space!?). This is getting truly sci-fi. It may take a while, but it's clear SpaceX is focused on becoming a leader for datacenters in space and powering the AI revolution. My X:   / gfilche  HyperChange Patreon :)   / hyperchange   Disclaimer: I'm invested in SpaceX and Tesla this is not financial advice.
SpaceX, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, NVIDIA ... EVERYONE is talking about datacenters in space. Well one little startup based in Redmond, WA beat them all to the punch, it's Starcloud who just launched an NVIDIA H100 into space and ran gemini on it successfully! The datacenter in space era is upon us! With a valuation likely in the hundreds of millions this is a prime buyout candidate for any of the major tech giants. Sundar Pichai, Satya, Sam Altman at OpenAI even Elon Musk at SpaceX, will all be using Space datacenters and launching them soon. Why not jump ahead and acquire the 20 smartest satellite engineers in the world by swooping up Starcloud? I think it makes a ton of sense.IMPORTANT: Starcloud did not pay me for this episode and has nothing to do with this content.
