I'm a Pole Dancer

This week I have Dr. Emily Rausch on the podcast, and she is a Sports Chiropractor who specializes in aerial bodies (she gets to work out of a pole studio - how cool is that??). We talk about how we should be treating our bodies when training, and she may dispel a myth or two! To follow Dr. Emily on instagram with all her cool tips and tricks, her ig handle is dr.emilyrausch Created & Produced by Sari the Scary Fairy Intro & Outro Music by The Evan Williams Project

Please Note: The experiences discussed in this episode are the personal experiences of those interviewed and does not reflect on any particular studio. This week I invited the three ladies who run the new Instagram account Inclusive Base Work to talk about racism in the pole industry, and their own experience with it. This is a longer than usual episode, but is an incredibly important discussion to have. I encourage you to listen, and continue the discussion.  You can find Inclusive Base Work on IG at inclusivebasework.
