My name is Mike Cohen. I’m a thirty one year old cancer survivor, long distance cyclist, author and inspirational speaker.
Here’s a little about my story:
On January 18, 2004, I was diagnosed with leukemia. Towards the end of my two and half years of chemotherapy treatments, I was also diagnosed with pneumonia, multiple pulmonary embolism and congestive heart failure. In 2012, I celebrated six years cancer free by cycling 3,168 miles in thirty eight days on the same legs which atrophied just a few years back, from La Jolla to NYC.
