Gary Dowling from Coychurch, South Wales jumps on the podcast to talk about his heroic comeback. Gary was hit by a car while out on a training run in January of 2023. In October of the same year he completed a full iron man in Barcelona. Then went on to compete in Ironman Wales a year later. Crossing the finish line with an incredible 12:06 time.

Most of you know Josh because he's played for Wales and The Lions. I know Josh from our Design Technology class at Brynteg where Mr Catton used to yell at us all for not having the right settings on the laser cutter. Since those days in the back of our D&T class Josh has worked extremely hard at his dream to play rugby for a living. Taking him all over the world and to the heights of rugby in the UK. He is now a famous figure in Wales and always gets spotted in the street, mainly because of his hair. But, Josh is a petrolhead at heart. From early days riding go karts around his neighborhood, remembering his Dads Mercedes and while living in New Zealand falling in love with Imports. Josh loves cars, bikes and speed. He has a thing for Subaru's, is currently working on a 190E project car and drives an Audi RS6 as a daily. I've known Elliot for over 10 years now and he has always had an eye for classic cars, fashion and photography. Elliots passions led to study photography at uni, then on to work at Dick Lovett as a content creator. Yes, Dick Lovett is the name of a dealership group in the UK. At DL whilst photographing cars and creating dealership content, he created a page to fully express his creativeness. That page took OFF! Putting Elliot on the radar of Classic Drivers editor. Surprise! He now works as a staff writer. Elliot tells us all about his journey through cars, his love for classics, photography and storytelling. Ultimately leading to the future of Green Over Tan all while telling some insane stories along the way. My favorite one is him being a guest of Bugatti, on a classic rally through the alps, riding shotgun and handing out Italian pace notes to his driver trying to navigate wet alpine switchbacks in a pre war Bugatti. Worth a lot more than he would ever want to know. Not to mention at the end of it getting a top speed run with Andy Wallace in a Chiron. Although Classic Driver has taken up most of Elliots time as his full time job, he has still found time for Green Over Tan. Curating some of the greatest automobiles, clothing wear and architecture all centered around the iconic color combination.
