You would think that when hearts become open to the gospel, Christians would rejoice and get to work. Instead, progressive “Christians” are warning about conservative politics. In fact, some of them chose to use Charlie Kirk's assassination and memorial service as an opportunity to discourage Christians from engaging in politics rather than encouraging them to share the Gospel!Today, our friend Alisa Childers joins Frank to expose the subtle lies of this movement. Alisa and Frank tackle important and timely questions like:What were Alisa’s biggest takeaways from Charlie's memorial service? What is the "Third Way" strategy progressives have been advancing for years, a strategy designed to confuse believers, infiltrate churches, and brand faithful Christians as “Christian Nationalists”?How do you spot warning signs in your church? Was Charlie’s memorial service a dangerous display of Christian Nationalism? What’s the meaning behind the “I Am Charlie” movement? How do we best help those with tender hearts who are starting to move closer to God?What are the six lies of Progressive Christianity every Christian needs to recognize? Why should Christians be engaged in politics instead of backing down? You'll see why standing for truth and even your local law enforcement matters more now than ever. Everyone you love will die. Everything you build will crumble. Everything you say will be forgotten. Everything you do will come to nothing. You and your identity will die and vanish, UNLESS...the resurrection is true. Yes, if Jesus of Nazareth really did rise from the dead--GAME OVER--Christianity is true! But wait...isn't a miracle like the resurrection a little too hard to believe for a rational person?Join Frank during his recent talk at Grace Community Church in Sarasota, FL where he draws a striking parallel between the sinking of the Titanic and the resurrection of Jesus. You'll learn why the Gospel accounts are not myths or legends, but credible eyewitness testimony that can stand up to scrutiny. Along the way, he answers pressing questions like:How do we know miracles like the resurrection are even possible and why are they so rare? What's the greatest miracle in the Bible? (no, it's not the resurrection!)Why are some atheists beginning to admit the evidence for Christianity’s greatest miracle?Do Bart Ehrman's so-called "contradictions" in the Gospel accounts defeat Christianity? What does the Titanic have to do with the afterlife and the resurrection of Jesus? Why is it highly unlikely that the Jews invented the resurrection story? How do we know Hell is real? There is an afterlife and what you do here on earth DOES matter. Are demons real—or just a delusion? The recent Minneapolis Catholic school shooting may be one of the clearest examples of demonic activity ever covered by the mainstream media. Frank takes a hard look at the shocking details surrounding the tragedy where a trans-identifying individual left many clues behind to demonstrate his delusion before deliberately targeting innocent children. He'll answer tough questions like:What shows us the shooter was influenced by demons? Why is Satan called "the father of lies"?What is the anecdotal fallacy and why is it so dangerous? What are the 3 ways we learn about reality?Who is Satan, what does his name mean, and what does he want with us?What does John 8 teach us about demons? How can we demonstrate that God exists without even opening the Bible? How did Jesus resist temptation from Satan—and how can we do the same? What are some other things we can do to protect ourselves from the evil one?The most dangerous thing about deception is that you don’t realize you’re being deceived! If you or someone you know needs to confront demonic influence without falling into despair, the only source of true freedom is the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Does the Bible REALLY support slavery, as skeptics often claim? Last week, Dr. Paul Copan joined Frank to unpack the cultural and theological context of Old Testament passages, like Leviticus 25. This week, Paul returns to examine the New Testament’s most controversial passages on slavery, addressing questions about human dignity, morality, and God’s ultimate plan while answering questions like:What rights and protections did servants actually have under biblical law? What does the punishment for mistreating servants reveal about their dignity and value? How did the Bible call out abuses of slavery and work to humanize servants? What did Paul teach Christians about how to treat slaves in the New Testament? Were there barriers that made abolishing slavery outright impossible in ancient Rome? Why does God sometimes take incremental steps to eradicate deeply entrenched evils? Why were most abolitionists Christians while some famous atheists supported slavery? How are modern atheists “borrowing” from Christianity when they complain about slavery? You'll learn that slavery in the Bible is far more nuanced than skeptics want you to believe. Tune in to discover how Jesus’ radical model of service, Paul’s letters, and the early church’s example paved the way for the eventual abolition of slavery in both the ancient and modern world.Resources mentioned during the episode:Old-Testament Slavery: Fact vs. Fiction with Dr. Paul Copan - https://youtu.be/9dc5zbm1jtc

Does the Bible condone slavery? Critics often point to verses like Leviticus 25 as proof that Scripture supports the kind of dehumanizing chattel slavery we know from the antebellum South. But is that REALLY what the text is teaching? Old Testament scholar and author, Dr. Paul Copan, joins Frank to unpack this hot-button issue and explain how to think carefully about slavery in its historical and redemptive context. You’ll hear answers to questions like:What are 8 things a person needs to study in order to understand this topic well? What does the opening chapter of Genesis teach us about slavery? What is chattel slavery and how is it different from slavery in the Bible? How did the Mosaic laws on slavery compare to other nations in the Ancient Near East? What is the context of Leviticus 25:44 and how should it be understood? How is the term “slave” in modern Bible translations misleading? What is the ultimate vision of God’s Law when it comes to human dignity and freedom? Why wasn't slavery completely prohibited in the Old Testament?Tune in as Frank and Paul peel back the layers of cultural context, translation challenges, and God’s ultimate plan of redemption—revealing why the Bible’s teaching on this controversial and complex issue is far different than what skeptics claim. There is a crisis of authority in our culture. Across the board there is more distrust in our once authoritative positions: parents, politicians, media, teachers, law enforcement, and even God Himself. Together with Frank, they answer questions like:What’s driving the modern rejection of authority? Why is obedience seen as a “bad” word? What are the two essential ingredients for understanding proper authority? How do you respond to people who reject authority because of past abuse? What is "gentle parenting" and how does it miss the mark? How has sin tainted the structure of authority and turned it into an attack on the family? What is God’s design for the family and how does a biblical worldview reshape how we approach parenting? Were we all born "good inside"?Whether you’re raising toddlers, guiding teenagers, or mentoring young adults, this episode will give you clarity on what’s fueling the breakdown of authority in our current culture and how God's Word provides the solution. Guilt. Everyone has it. Where does this feeling come from, can it actually be good for us, and what can we do with it? Dr. Bobby Conway joins Frank from CIA 2025 to unpack his doctoral research on guilt, exploring how thinkers like Freud and Darwin tried to explain and resolve it without God, and why those attempts ultimately fall short. During their conversation, Frank and Bobby answer questions like:Why did Bobby choose to do his doctoral thesis on the topic of guilt? How can guilt be used as evidence that God exists? What does our guilt reveal about the character of God?Can sin ever be justified even if we don’t feel guilty? How has unresolved guilt fueled cancel culture? Why is secular psychology failing to fix today’s guilt-driven mental health crisis? As Greg Koukl puts it, “We feel guilty because we ARE guilty.” Frank and Bobby unpack why the Gospel offers the only real solution to guilt—and how this universal human experience points directly to the existence and nature of God. What if you’re talking to someone who flat-out rejects the Bible despite its historic credibility—can you still make a good case for the Resurrection? The answer is...YES!Popular Christian YouTuber, Allen Parr from The B.E.A.T., joins Frank from CIA 2025 to explore some of the most convincing evidence for the resurrection of Jesus. While the New Testament documents have proven to be reliable and trustworthy, Frank and Allen demonstrate how extra-biblical sources can guide skeptics toward the historical truth of Christianity—even if they don’t trust the Bible (yet!). They’ll answer questions like:What two facts must be established in order for Christianity to be true? Why do many skeptics like Bart Ehrman trust the New Testament documents as having historically reliable information? What are the five strongest pieces of biblical evidence for the resurrection of Jesus?Could the post-resurrection appearances of Jesus be explained by hallucinations? What's an important question to ask someone who says they don't trust the Bible? What are 6 facts that non-Christian sources confirm about the historical Jesus? What is the "minimal facts" argument and how does it help defend the Christian faith? What are 5 alternative theories to the resurrection and are any of them valid? Is a transformed life the strongest argument we have for Christianity?Whether you’re talking to a skeptic, a curious friend, or even a Christian with doubts, this episode will equip you with historical tools to build confidence in the resurrection—without needing to quote the Bible first!Allen's website: https://www.allenparr.com/Allen's YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@thebeatagp

Does your church teach you how to interpret the Bible? Sadly, many Christians never learn the tools to read Scripture well, and that leads to all kinds of confusion about theology. But how can we know if we’re handling God’s Word the right way? This week, Frank sits down with the one and only Mike Winger, a former pastor turned popular YouTuber, who's dedicated his channel to helping Christians understand the Scriptures. In this episode, Mike shares what led him to take his ministry online and explains the five core principles he uses when studying the Bible—principles many churches don’t talk about, but every believer should know! During their conversation, Frank and Mike will dive into questions like:Why do some churches seem to avoid the topic of how to interpret the Bible? What are some commonly misinterpreted verses in the Bible? What does it mean to "turn the other cheek"?How can you avoid reading your presuppositions into the Bible? Were Jesus' brothers really his cousins? What’s the real context of Matthew 7 (“Don’t judge”) and Matthew 5 (“Eye for an eye”)?Why is understanding proper word usage so important? How has Bart Ehrman misled people about the Gospel of Mark? What's one thing that makes the Gospel of Mark so unique? Why does Mike feel compelled to call out false teachers?Be sure to subscribe to Mike’s channel, visit his website BibleThinker.org, and learn how to study your Bible like never before!Mike's website: https://biblethinker.org/Mike's YouTube channel: https://youtube.com/@MikeWinger

Parents should NOT just forgive their kids. There has to be some sort of repentance, and atonement or no lesson is learned. The root word of discipline is disciple, which means to teach...if in your rebuking and reproofing, you're not teaching, then you are failing your children. Likewise, if you just punish, without teaching, you are failing your children. The social fabric is torn to shreds because of parents who don't understand the above.
Great show. Very informative.
Hi, thanks for your faithfulness! Just a note, however, to say I was disappointed with Episode 475 with Dr. Hugh Ross. I found him dismissive of YEC views and I found his characterizations came across as arrogant and belittling. Not to mention his interpretation of Genesis is just convoluted. I think interviewing some PhDs who are YECs is a future must. Plenty are available. Ron Carter, Jonathan Sarfati, John Baumgardner just off the top of my head. 😊
The analogy of the storm and fortress in Dallas doesn't seem to work since they proper word would be "destined" and not "predestined." The analogy doesn't at all explain what predtination is
This was very disappointing.
"Where in the Scriptures does it say that he'll be raised on the third day" is the opening question. I have a question: Where in this podcast episode was that question answered? The guest mentions a bunch of passages that you might call "types," but I don't recall him actually answering the question.
I had to stop 28 minutes into the audio since the guest had said almost nothing in 28 minutes. The total amount of information should have been expressed in less than five minutes. That's why I font like listening to Wallablce, Koukl, and many other apologists.
This show would be better if Mr. Turek weren't nearly yelling in every episode.
Turek doesn't see that Israel has become like the Nazis. They went from being oppressed in Europe to oppressing the Palestinians. Europe was the one oppressing the Jews. But the Palestinians paid the price. Israel has been killing innocent civilians since 1948 where they illegally immigrated to British Mandated Palestine. Turek is always saying he doesn't like illegal immigration, but he likes the Jews illegally immigrating to Palestine in 1948. And the Jewish Messiah is not our Messiah.
Listen to The Martyrmade podcast on Israel/Palestine. He goes into detail. It's 25 hours over 6 episodes. Turek never mentions the Zionists militias, the Irgun, the Hagana, the Stern gang who committed massacres against the Palestinians. He doesn't mention Ben Gurion, the first Israeli Prime Minister of Israel saying he would never make terms with Israel if he was an Arab, because Israel has stolen their land. He doesn't mention that other countries and the USA wouldn't take in Jewish refugees.
my only caution comes from reading Erwin W. Lutzer's book, "No Reason to Hide" where he quotes Putin who said, "Artificial Intelligence is the future, not only for Russia, but for all humankind. Whoever becomes the leader in this sphere will become the ruler of the world" And sadly, as a retired Art educator and artist, I know one literary author and artists whose careers are being destroyed from other's use of AI...and the general unsuspecting public that cannot as yet differentiate.
Please help me understand. Where in the Bible does it say we are made in the image of God? Reading comprension is key to understanding the Bibe. God made Adam in the image of Himself. Then He made Eve out of Adam's rib. And as anyone knows, a copy of a copy is not the same. I digress. But anyways, Adam in the garden of Eden was in his perfect adult form, meaning he was created a fully formed adult and he didn't age because he ate from the tree of life. I submit that Adam inside the garden was a very different type of person, than he was when he was tossed out of the garden of Eden. And we are all children of the "tossed out of Eden" Adam and Eve, or rather children of Noah's family. Based on this summation, we cannot be made in the image of God, for only Adam was, and possibly Eve. People flee from the Bible for many reasons. But one of those reasons is because they see an inbred 600 pound bucktooth type person and they think the Bible must be a lie because that's definitely not the im
Frank, I would strongly recommend you reevaluate Dickinson as a guest. He recently hosted a show with a transsexual friendly tone. If this is something you support then I have to stop recommending your podcast as well.
No kid, regardless of age, should be taught about gender identity, etc.
This comment is on Dan Kimball's response to the question why don't Christians have to keep the OT law. He gives the classic supersessionist answer that posits that Jesus abolished parts of the Torah. This contradicts Jesus plain statement that He did not come to abolish but to fulfill. (It makes no sense to claim that fulfill actually means the same thing as abolish.) The point Dan also makes that you have to ask to whom a command was given to determine if it applies to you IS the answer. All Jews are still in covenant with God and covenant fidelity requires them to keep the dietary laws and other OT laws WHEN APPLICABLE. Now, any law given only to abbly when living in the Land of Promise would not apply to diaspora Jews (at least not directly,) and any law requiring a functioning Temple would also not apply unless and until the Temple is rebuilt. As for Gentile believers, we may derive valuable principles from Torah laws we are not directly obligated to observe but we do have more fr
