i agree with anonymous (i can even pronounce that word, too- unpresidential, i know) that survivors have to be squeaky clean in order to be believable. ive thought this from the start- im a survivor and i know many others. we are not perfect because no human is. we did not go to ivy league schools- some of us didnt have the opportunity to go to college. traumatic situations alter the brain and can cause people to make misguided, sometimes unwise life choices. it burns me that twists of fact can discredit good honest people's credibility in a snap. I'm in court myself because of a smear campaign by people who appear kind, well off, humble and compassionate. they are none of that.... but perception is reality so i look to some like the "bad guy". it's depressing.
i disagree that people who have been following this topic know who those women in the background were...I've been following it every day, some by video and some by audio; i didn't know what the females in bk's life looked like. ive never seen a pic of any of them. when k said "all these people behind me" i assumed he was exaggerating for effect. did i share the meme? yes. why? because it was funny and i thought many of us could use a laugh, whether those women were frowning about his words or not. to me it looked like group disgust and i am disgusted by him, as a survivor. so. just thought I'd speak my view.
