on every other episode when they talk about victims escaping onto a street and people driving by without stopping, this is exactly why. many of them are afraid that the person they think they're helping might just be conning them. it's easier to live with the fact that you didn't help someone in need than it is to live with helping someone and getting attacked or raped (or murdered). it's a sad reality unfortunately.

These last 2 pre-recorded "interviews" (I've heard them several times on other podcasts verbatim) are subpar to the actual interviews from the previous episodes.

I remember reading about this family in the news. You did the right thing, Jason. The family got to stay together even though it's not in a way we think is best. So far you've been through two really tragic incidents but you survived. There's a message there.

Stop making this show about faith/religion. This show was great when it was on TV because they realized there’s a huge majority of people watching/listening that aren’t religious and don’t want religion shoved down their throats. Stop trying to convert people. They tell people never to talk about religion publicly for a reason.. I find these so offensive just because of the religion talk. That has nothing to do with the concept of the show and shouldn’t be included. I’m shocked they are allowing this to continue. You should be ashamed. Obviously the podcast host is religious. If you are going to make religion pushing part of the show you should warn people or put that in the podcast description so people don’t get bombarded with it at the very end.
