Hi guys.
I thought a lot about what I wanted to share specifically here on my podcast. After a lot of thinking, I have decided to share with you my darker past here on this podcast. It will take a lot for me to open up about these subjects and I will do my best to tell these stories with a level voice. I do want to give a trigger warning for anyone listening these stories will contain topics such as physical and mental abuse, cheating, stalking, etc. If any of these topics trigger you please be know going into it that these stories may be hard to hear.
