Here at INNERVISION PODCAST we are using poetry to talk about all the hard stuff with Dan and Clare. Come join us each week as we read a poem chosen either by Dan from his own collection of writings as seen on @innervisionpoetry on instagram and Facebook or by Clare who knows just about all there is to know about yoga and spirituality. we then discuss it, try our best to explain it and let it lead into a topical discussion whatever it may be. Each week will be a new mystery of thought to uncover. so come and join the fun as we discuss anything and everything from the world in general and the humans that inhabit it, to nature and the environment, to science, to politics, to sex and sexuality and identity, to spirituality and religion, to mental health issues as well as spiritual and physical health, and a ton of tips on how to make yourself a better person and the world a better place to live in from Clare and Dans own personal lifetime of experience dealing with all the bullshit out there... so yeah come join us as we clean up our minds and bodies and hopefully our planet too.

Hi all. On episode 2, Clare and I dive into a new poem all about different kinds of loss and grief. We discuss some issues with Mens mental health we talk about how its better, for both men and woman, to speak up and speak out about their state of mind along with their feelings and emotions rather than ignoring them and shoving them aside ... We also dive into our first set of listener mail and answer some questions, a big shout out to Babs and Julie and for those anonymous peeps out their too... and we take a deeper dive into some of the questions that were left hanging a little thin last week... Huge shout out to Chris, Mick, and Danny from "The spindrift saga" who have given Clare and I official permission to use their sweet tuned melody "shoes off" from their debut album "badnormous" which you can find on iTunes etc....
