In this episode Ritwik will talk about the US taking up Opium reform, pivoting from their previous isolationist policy, to successfully create the first international drug control treaty.
In this episode Ritwik will be talking about the first drug over which a war was fought, including why, by whom, when and where. All of which leads up to an international treaty banning the drug and mandating the enforcement of this ban by member nations.
