Late to the party on Iain Dale but this is great! And Iain is right. Peter Allen should write a book!
Very poor quality recording, really struggling to listen.
I had to turn the volume up to max to hear Jess - then turn it down hastily each time that Iain's very loud voice came in. Even worse in the questions section. I persevered, though, as she's an interesting speaker.
