Some of you have listened to the implement podcast already. We have recorded about 7 episodes. We wanted to take a step back, get some clarity on what we are trying to accomplish and start over. So the second iteration of the implement podcast is coming soon.
I talk about the importance of knowing your numbers.
Recurring revenue is so important, especially when you're new and going through your first fall and winter. In this podcast I briefly talk about how I got recurring revenue for fleet washing and how I intend to get more in 2020.
In 2019 I knew about all the systems I needed to implement to be super successful. I did not implement them last year. and while I did enjoy some organic growth and financial success I realize now how much money was left on the table. So for 2020 I have implemented some seriously super simple Sales Systems that will help me gain new customers and retain my existing customers. In this episode, I want to share a few of these systems with you.

So rather than wallow in despair or fear, I want to identify where I am, where I want to go and then figure it out.

2019 was an amazing year for me in terms of my sales. But a lack of clarity and systems has me feeling the pinch this December.
We all know how to succeed. We all have the answers to the test. We all know what to do, the problem is we rarely do it. this episode I introduced the podcast and how taking the time to establish some clarity for what I wanted out of my life and business helped me to be able to take the necessary actions needed to chase my dreams.
