For anyone who might be interested Sharon Stone’s Instagram post is on YouTube about how to breathe deeply into your lungs and break scar tissue and all of that so somebody like me who has asthma has really benefited from learning how to breathe deeply into my lungs again I’m sure if you just go to YouTube and key in Sharon stone if you have breathing issues it might be of interest to you.

Lol sometimes that happens when you don’t use outside people to help. I know I don’t use anyone to help with that I support the show! I am happy we have many options for podcasts. I only seen Joe everywhere for so long.
