I finished my first year of college. And this episode is about how it went; the highs, the lows, all of it.
Yes, I have been MIA. But here's an episode about how important it is to be a little kinder to yourself. Life's hard enough already, you don't need to extra pressure weight you down.
People always try my ear with why I started the podcast. So I'm here to elaborate on that as well as the side of podcasting that I have been struggling with.
I've been saying this; Valentine's Day is a made up holiday. Sorry not sorry. I hate Valentine's Day, but in a month dedicated to love, I guess I can love some other random things that aren't related to the 14th day of February.
You're probably curious as to what this title means. Basically, this episode is super short and a little balmy; but, I thought a little journal-entry type podcast might be fun.
Remember the summer bucket list? Yeah she didn't happen. This episode of In Conclusion is all about how the summer bucket list was slightly toxic and how it's never too late in the year to start working on or setting goals for yourself.
It's about time I give a little life update. In this episode, I talk about some of the things that have happened to me since I posted in July, how the college life is treating me, and how going off the grid is fun(ny).
It's been a minute, ok a month. 5 months oops. But here is some new content (finally)!! In this episode of In Conclusion, my roommate Jena and I talk about how we met, our college expectations vs. realities, and how we're basically the same person. So go get yourself a Diet Coke and listen to mine and Jena's shenanigans for the next 45 minutes.
This might make you uncomfortable, it might a little slap in the face; but guess what. You probably need to hear it. We all have moments where we judge others. But why? Why is judging others even that bad? How do we fix it? I certainly don't have all the answers, but I do have some ideas. In this episode we are going to talk about how judging others brings negative energy to everyone around us and discuss the root of the problems that create judging.
Who doesn't treat life like their own reality tv show? If you don't, try it, it's fun. Anyway, in this episode, I am going to be talking a lot about how my life right now feels like the season finale of a tv show and what kind of changes I've been seeing in my life. I also talk about my "boring life" and how having a boring life is actually beneficial in many ways.
Let's be real, only you know how to make yourself happy, and being on your own can help you realize so much about yourself. In this episode, not only do we have our very first guest (welcome Abbie), but we are talking about how dating yourself is so important in today's society. This is personally one of my favorite episodes, and I think everyone can benefit from hearing it, whether you're single or not. Side note: no rooms were burned down in the creation of this episode.
You heard me, go crack a book. Reading is not only a much better way to pass time in comparison to mindless scrolling, but it's good for us too. That being said, I have a few of my favorite books to share with you guys to get you either started reading, or out of a reading slump. And I just wasn't finished talking about self confidence; this episode takes a deeper dive into some of the tips I covered last week on the journey to becoming more self confident.
I'm back. I know; it's been over a month. But don't worry, I am finally back with new advice and stories. This week I am giving you guys a little life update about the end of high school, college, and other random things. After you're all caught up with that, you'll get to hear a little bit about my personal growth and self confidence. I hope that some of the tips in this episode can help you guys out and that you enjoy the episode!
Summer is almost here, everyone, and that means one thing. Obviously it's time to start making lists about what I want to accomplish from June to August. I will be kayaking. I will be going camping, And I will be surfing. So, if you don't know what you want to do this summer, then this podcast is made for you because I have tons of things on my own to do list, and at least one of them probably will sound fun. Hope you guys like it!
Everything happens for a reason. Literally everything. In this episode of In Conclusion, I talk about how this mantra has been applicable to my life and how it is applicable to just about everything. I also touch on something that I not only need to get better at, but one of my newest annoyances, laziness. Hope this kind of steps on your toes, but in a good way!
This weeks episode is all over the place. And I mean literally. From college and senior year, to belated spring breaks and lake houses, this episode is filled with a little bit of everything. Being somewhat similar to the last podcast, this episode is set up in more of a chit chat format, which I hope everyone likes!
Mornings have the potential to be the most productive time of the day and are the best way to make sure that the rest of your day is a good one. In this episode of In Conclusion I talk about things that help me have a good morning and chat with you guys about random things. This episode is much more candid than normal and I hope it helps you have a great start to your day.
Life can be rough, and happiness isn't always going to be flowing out of you. And that's ok; you don't have to be happy all the time. In fact, sometimes it's necessary to feel the bad feelings that the world gives us. In this episode of In Conclusion, I'm going to be talking about the different types of happiness I've observed and how feeling your feelings is vital to finding happiness.
Most people secretly love their birthday; I am not one of these people. In this episode of In Conclusion, we're going to dive into why I don't like this day that comes once a year along with some of my strangest pet peeves. But don't worry--we're also going to talk about some random things that I am currently obsessed with.
In this episode of In Conclusion, we're going to be talking about why I started the podcast, who even am I, and what you can expect to hear me talk about in the future. So, in conclusion, welcome to the podcast
