Zero topics were off limits in this Instagram Live turned WarriorU Podcast – from veteran mental health concerns to the experiences of young Afghan women and girls under Taliban rule. But most of all, it’s an episode about positivity and hope – and one you won’t want to miss. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

One of my favourite podcasts. The topics covered are interesting, informative and relevant to not only leaders but any person that is interested in self-development and improvement. Bram and Trent keep it real when they present information and to top it off, they have the voices of angels (think Richie Benaud meets Jesus).
Great podcast for for anyone interested in self improvement, pushing themselves, understanding human performance and the odd anecdote from warriors in life and combat.
awesome podcast
Following and listening from Norway, good podcast!!
HAHA, loved that jocko comment, I actually really like the idea of the Lead/Manage/Coach Leadership model, Extreme ownership works to a degree as jocko puts it, that dichotomy of balancing everything is what makes a good leader. I do agree that Leadership is extremely important but you still need to be able to manage people. I have worked in Businesses that take the management to far and don't lead their people and yet wonder why they aren't performing as well as they could be. Got to balance it all
Great content! Basically an Aussie spin o the Jocko podacast. I love Brams outlook on the world and have really connected with the ex-military guests he has had on! keep up the great work!
