We’ll be deciding who Mississippi and your neighborhood sends to Washington to represent our interests and our beliefs. You also have a voice in judges in Mississippi and possibly other important special elections for your area. Today and tomorrow: Circuit Clerks’ offices MAY remain open from 8:00 a.m. until 7 p.m., including the noon hour. Saturday, October 3rd 2026: Circuit Clerks’ offices MUST remain open from 8:00 a.m. until noon. Monday, October 5th is the Voter Registration Deadline: Applicants who register in-person in the Circuit Clerk’s office or Municipal Clerk’s office, and those who mail registration applications post-marked no later than the 5th are eligible to vote in the General Election.
