Three 6 Mafia! Bit of sports talk this episode. Lucky for y’all, I didn’t watch much of the Cowboys game due to the fact it was the same time as my nephew’s game. But I did watch my Horns, talk a little bit about that game. Also watched the Georgia/Bama game wishing both teams would lose. Unfortunately one team had to win. Then some big breaking news in the world of Texas/Red Dirt Country Music, Cross Canadian Ragweed is back together! They are coming back to play a big show April 12th in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Then as always, other random things that comes out my mouth.
Love that King of the Hill quote. Anyways still not coming to y’all live from a beach with a cold beer in my hand. But instead, coming to y’all live from a back room in my house per usual. That’s beside the point, we got football to talk about. Arch Manning and the Horns put on a good show. Arch can throw a pretty good looking deep ball. And obviously the Cowboys play with my emotions. Defense can’t stop no body. But there are people that are gonna blame Dak for the loss. Dak can’t play defense.
Just a little spelling lesson from someone who can’t spell to save his life. But it was actually eventful weekend. Concert Friday & football Saturday and Sunday. Horns won with Arch Manning leading the team and move into the top spot in the AP college football polls. Yet on the flip side, Cowboys forgot how to play defense vs the Saints. But Friday, I went to Waco to watch William Beckmann then got to hang out with my boy Moad after the show and had a good time.
Finally got to record an episode with my good friend. He has played bass guitar for Dalton Domino, Triston Marez, and is currently playing with William Beckmann, Michael Moad. Even though it’s over a Google call we still had a great conversation. He tells his side on how we met, life in the Texas Country Music scene and just how big it’s growing right now. Plus what went into his decision to start playing with William Beckmann. Also talk about some of the venues he has played, like The Grand Ole Opry & Red Rocks in Colorado. And whatever else comes to mind.

Not only a Beetlejuice reference, since the new movie comes out this coming Friday. It is also an OJ Simpson reference to when he was running down the highway in the White Ford Bronco. But since football finally is back, we are gonna talk about some college football and some high school football games. I give my thoughts and opinions on some of the first games of the season. And also I preview some of the that are coming up this weekend.

WRONG LEVEEEEEEEEEEEER!! Football is back and the Rangers actually won back to back games. A doubleheader. And also Tarleton won their first national televised game in school history. But finally Jerry Jones paid CeeDee Lamb. Get that money young fella. As you can see a very sports focused episode this week.
No, Patrick mayonnaise is not an instrument. Horseradish is not an instrument either. But the Rangers actually decided to win a series vs a team today. They have lost the last 7 series in a row. Yet I don’t know if I should have faith for the rest of this season or pack it up for next season. Then of course I gotta talk about the Cowboys second preseason game. I actually went somewhere to watch the game, shocker right? But if I’ve said it once I’ve said it a million times, I’m ready for football. And lastly I talk about how Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) has lost his ever loving mind charging people $700 for an autograph.
207, if I’m watching Gossip Girl. Here we go maximum effort. Rangers keep playing with my emotions, but good news. It’s almost the Cowboys turn to take over my emotions. Football season is right around the corner, I can feel it! So I give my thoughts about the Cowboys first preseason game. I don’t get too worked up over the preseason though. Then I throw in how I need some excitement in my life, which I need bad.
The 2024 Bell County Comic Con has come and gone. It was an awesome time. Great guest, great vendors, great costumes, and all and all great times. I talk about the guest that I met and my experience and interaction with them. I met Efren Ramirez, Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite; Jim Cummings, the voice of Winnie The Pooh; Billy West, voice of Fry from Futurama; Peter Dante, Gee from The Waterboy; and Jon Heder, Napoleon Dynamite himself. All great people, super nice. And as a bonus I talk about other things I did this past weekend.
Thanks to Van Wilder’s sweet ass, *NSYNC has been stuck in my head since I saw Deadpool & Wolverine. Which I’m honesty not mad at. It’s catchy as hell. But I give my thoughts on the new Deadpool but no spoilers. It’s a spoiler free review. 10/10 movie, bonus points for the awesome soundtrack of the movie. And also this coming weekend is the Bell County Comic Con, I give a preview of that. Since I’m going both days, Saturday & Sunday. It’s gonna be a good time. Can’t Wait.
He said son I’m a Christian, I don’t fucking touch that stuff. That’s probably one of my favorites openers from Koe’s new album. I’ve been jamming it since it came out and of course I give my thoughts on it. Also I talk about the fun time I had Friday at Johnny’s in Salado for William Beckmann. Maybe I’m more sociable than I give myself credit for cause I made 3 new friends there. Plus also College Football 25 has been life so far also, I’m a 2 time Heisman trophy winner and National Champion.
It has to get better right? But anyways I give my thought on the MLB home run derby that was this past Monday and probably one of the worst renditions of our National Anthems I’ve heard since Fergie. It was rough. But it was an exciting derby though. Then if you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t heard, there was a failed assassination attempt on President Trump. I give my thought and opinions on the whole thing. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by this tragedy.
No body of water is safe without a lifeguard. It’s two feet deep lady, what are you doing here? First off, thoughts and prayers to everyone in Houston impacted by the hurricane. Anyways, hope y’all had a great and safe 4th of July. Hopefully y’all still all 10 fingers and toes. I didn’t do much for the 4th besides work. Then some I got on the topic of cereal, if you pour milk before cereal, straight to jail. Also the MLB All-Star game is around the corner and the Rangers trying to hang around 500. But it’s crazy Rangers are hosting the game and only have 2 guys in the game. But as usual, there’s some random thoughts and opinions in this episode.
And tell me you don’t have no whistling bungholes, no spleen splitters, whisker biscuits, honky lighters, hooskers dos, hoosker don’ts, cherry bombs, nipsy dazers with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistling kitty chaser. But happy birthday America! Few things to talk about, I talk about the debate that was last week, we live in a crazy time. Then of course I talk a little sports, talk a little more about College Football 25. And I also talk about the “Hawk Tuah” girl and her new found fame.

Not the 2018 Travis Scott album. The Six Flags theme park that was in Houston. And the Rangers are playing with my emotions again. Go on a 5 game win streak then get swept by the Milwaukee Brewers. Maybe they can get it together after the All Star break. Then I expose myself with some embarrassing memories from my childhood. Also I give my opinion on Koe switching out a song on his new album with less than a month from release.
My Reckless Rodeo hat smells like beer thanks to a Gavin Adcock show. I’ll wash it when I get time this weekend. But it is a very music centric episode. I talk about my time at the Holland Corn Fest watching Gavin. I only went Friday. Because Dylan Wheeler had his second child Saturday, shout to him. Plus I talk about little FOMO I have for missing King George at Kyle Field and being part of history.
With Morgan Wallen opening his own bar in Nashville, Eric Church has the chance to do the funniest thing ever. But this episode I talk a little Mavs/Celtics then some Rangers baseball. And also talk how that song Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter has been stuck in my head. It’s so damn catchy, it’s kinda crazy. Is it that sweet? I guess so. So now it’s part of my Spotify playlist. Then I talk about my plans this weekend, I plan on heading over the Holland Corn Fest. Gavin Adcock is playing Friday and my boy Dylan Wheeler & Read Southall are playing Saturday. It’s gonna be fun as hell.
I’ll give you the answer to that question Mr Bender next Saturday. But anyways, it’s a bit of a sports episode. I talk about the Texas Rangers and a little bit about some college softball. And also I talk about some big NASCAR news, Dale Jr get his famous number 8 back after years of pettiness from his Step Mom. Plus also some entertainment news. Koe is dropping “High Road” on 6/7 and it’s receiving some unnecessary hate.
And I will die on that hill. But fair warning, in this episode I am fighting allergies. So I’m sorry for all the sniffling during the episode. I power through it because mama didn’t raise no bitch. Anyways I tired the wings down at Cameron Beer Market and I give my thought on them. Also I talk about some of the new guest announced for the Bell County Comic Con. I’m excited for that. Then I talk a little about some of the new features in the new College Football 25. So ready for that game!
Thanks to the recent storms that passed through the area, I have no power in this house. No power, no ac, it’s sucks balls. So this episode is a bit of a short one due to the fact. But as a podcaster, it’s my duty to somewhat entertain y’all. But hopefully the power comes back soon. And hopefully y’all stayed safe during the storms that did produce a tornado.
