He was part of the championship with the Perth Scorchers in 2022/23.

Intriguing test match between India and England in Ranchi, India ended up winning the test match by 5 wickets and won the series. Great game of test cricket, good contest between bat and ball. Joe Root responded with a fabulous hundred. Ravi Ashwin took 5 wickets in the third innings to restrict England to under 200 runs to chase. Kuldeep Yadav seriously impressive in this game as well. Dhruv Jurel played an outstanding knock when India really needed it and kept them in the game, in a deserving match of the match performance.

Deandra Dottin is a female cricketer from Barbados and has been a force in the women's game for a number of years. She made her debut for the West Indies at only 17 years of age. She had to make the difficult choice between athletics and cricket at a young age. After playing for her country for many years, Deandra now plays on the T20 circuit. Ollie Fanshawe is an upcoming blind cricket superstar from Queensland. At the age of 16 he has travelled on 2 overseas tours with the Australian Blind Cricket Team. Ollie tells us how blind cricket is played and how it is different from traditional cricket. Ollie also tells us about his special bat from 'Cooper Cricket' and his bowling machine device from 'Pitch It Up Cricket'
Ollie is an impressive young man and he spoke extremely well. We will certainly keep an eye on Ollie in the National Cricket Inclusion Championships (NCIC) in January in QLD.
