It's one thing to name your values, it's another thing to make choices each day to align with them. Jenna explains how our aligned choices lead to an authentic life.
But how the heck do we know if we're making these choices?! Jenna invites us to embody our values by putting them through three filters:
Actions: What does it look like when I live into this value? What are the behaviors and choices I am making?
Feelings: When I'm living this value, what emotions do I experience? How would I describe the feelings it creates?
Beliefs: What do I believe about myself, others and the world when I am deeply aligned with this value?
And there's one more secret filter to super-charge your self awareness in each of these areas!
Plus, Jenna talks about the allure of influencers sharing their morning routines and how our values give us clues to create habits that are actually sustainable, fun and don't require rigid 5 a.m. workouts (unless you're into that kind of thing).

Do you feel like you've achieved everything you're supposed to but still feeling a little empty and meh? It might be time to revise your definition of success!
Jenna shares her personal journey of realizing her high-achiever lifestyle didn't lead to a destination of happiness, and the deliberate (and often painful work) to flip the script. Success is an inside job!
In this episode, we talk about:
The Trap of External Validation: Why we hustle to prove our worth to others and how this mindset sets us up for continuous failure.
The Power of Your "Being" Side: How to separate your identity from your accomplishments and tap into your inherent awesomeness.
Jenna's 4-Step Process for redefining success, starting with believing in your own inherent worth and ending with attracting abundance.
Making Success an Inside Job: Recognizing that joy and fulfillment in the present moment are success, not just a stepping stone to a future destination.
Plus Jenna leaves us with some reflections to investigate our definition of success, and shares an exciting upcoming workshop in KC you won't want to miss.

Welcome Michael Grey to the podcast!
When he's not coaching and supporting people's growth as a director on the HR team at Faegre Drinker, he's bringing the Twin Cities together for his wildly popular dance night, The Assortment, which just celebrated its 10 year anniversary.
Michael talks about his strengths, such as agility and "stick-to-itiveness," and how they impact his work and approach to life. Plus, he shares openly about his mental health journey that led to unexpected diagnoses at age 45, and the ways he's making neurodivergence a superpower.

Jenna talks about self-leadership, encourages us to reflect on our own agility and reminds us to unapologetically name what we we want to see in our multi-dimensional life.
