Rick Rule, natural resource investor and commodities expert with 50 years in the precious-metals industry, joins me to examine Mexico's mining opportunities and the risks investors need to understand. 👉 Rick Rule's Investing in Mexico Bootcamp 👉 Battle Bank 👉 Rule Classroom (Free) 👉 Rule Classroom Plus (2 Free Months) Recording Date 9-23-2026. In this episode, Rick explains why he considers Mexico essential for silver investors while highlighting the country's underexplored potential in gold and copper, alongside lead and zinc. We discuss Mexico's political and social challenges, including the kidnapping and murder of 10 Vizsla Silver employees, and why investors need perspectives from the Mexican government and mining industry. Rick also discusses Dr. Steven Enders, Javier Reyes, and operators including Riverside Resources, First Majestic, and GoGold Resources. He explains why decades of exploration and operating experience matter when assessing opportunities in Mexico. I also dig into Battle Bank with Rick, starting with interest paid on checking-account cash and his claim that roughly $3 trillion in U.S. deposits receive no interest. We discuss precious-metals storage through approved depositories, including Brinks, and Battle Bank's metals equity line of credit, which can provide capital secured by gold or silver without requiring investors to sell their metals. Rick also explains foreign-currency banking for Canadian and Australian dollar investments, $10,000 minimums, and self-directed IRAs and 401(k)s. We finish with Rule Investment Media, where Rick says he has ranked portfolios nearly 100,000 times over 35 years, and the Rule Classroom, which has 29,000 natural-resource stock students. Key Insights In This Episode ✅ Rick argues that silver investing without exposure to Mexico misses one of the industry's most important jurisdictions. ✅ Mexico offers exploration potential beyond silver, including underexplored gold, copper, lead and zinc opportunities. ✅ Political policy, local communities and narcotrafficking remain material risks that mining investors must evaluate in Mexico. ✅ Riverside Resources, First Majestic and GoGold represent different approaches to exploration, mine operations and district development. ✅ Rick says roughly $3 trillion in U.S. retail deposits earn no interest, creating an opportunity for alternative banking models. ✅ Battle Bank can facilitate metals storage and lending against gold or silver while also offering foreign-currency and self-directed retirement accounts. Marcus Harden, a geologist with 25 years of international experience and former Principal Geologist at First Quantum, is helping lead Gladiator Metals' exploration of the Whitehorse Copper Project in Yukon. 👉 Gladiator Metals: https://www.gladiatormetals.com Recording Date 9-1-2026. In this episode, Marcus walks me through Gladiator's roughly C$300 million market cap, C$45 million cash position and recently completed C$35 million financing, predominantly backed by BlackRock. We discuss the historic Whitehorse operation, which mined 10.5 million tonnes grading roughly 1.5% copper and almost 1 gram per tonne gold between 1967 and 1982, and why modern exploration techniques could reveal considerably more mineralization across Gladiator's 35-kilometer land position. Marcus explains how gravity and induced polarization are transforming their targeting, with all 11 tested gravity highs returning mineralized skarn bodies to date. We examine Cowley, where Gladiator sees potential for roughly 40–50 million tonnes near 1% copper equivalent, and Cub East, where drilling has encountered approximately 20-meter zones around 2.5%–3% copper equivalent with narrower zones reaching 3%–5%. I also dig into Gladiator's 120,000-meter drilling campaign, C$280-per-meter all-in drilling costs, and its goal of building 100 million tonnes above 1% copper equivalent. Marcus compares that potential asset class with companies including Foran, Firefly and Marimaca Copper, while highlighting Valerie and Arctic Chief as additional resource-growth opportunities. Key Insights In This Episode ✅ Gladiator is targeting 100 million tonnes above 1% copper equivalent across the Whitehorse Copper Project. ✅ Cowley could potentially contain 40–50 million tonnes near 1% copper equivalent, according to Marcus. ✅ Cub East is producing higher grades with broader zones around 2.5%–3% copper equivalent and narrower zones reaching 3%–5%. ✅ Gladiator has approximately C$45 million in cash, supporting a planned 120,000-meter drilling campaign. ✅ Every one of the 11 gravity highs tested to date returned a mineralized skarn body, strengthening Gladiator's exploration model. ✅ Valerie and Arctic Chief could materially expand the resource story, with Arctic Chief showing widths up to 40–50 meters above 1% copper equivalent near surface. Rob Carpenter, geologist, CEO of Prospector Metals and veteran gold explorer involved with major discoveries including the Coffee Project, joins me on site at the company's ML Project in Yukon. 👉 Gold Newsletter: https://prospectormetalscorp.com In this episode, Rob takes me inside Prospector Metals' aggressive 2026 exploration campaign, where three drills are working toward a 20,000-metre target under a roughly C$15 million program. We discuss the company's approximately 170 million shares outstanding, C$0.96 share price on August 27, C$36 million treasury, expected C$25–30 million year-end cash position, and surprisingly efficient all-in drilling cost of roughly C$600 per metre despite helicopter-supported operations. I also dig into what could determine the next chapter for Prospector Metals and PPP shareholders. Rob explains why continuity and grade remain the biggest unanswered questions at the structurally controlled high-grade gold system, while every 2026 hole is effectively a step-out designed to increase its footprint. We discuss delayed assays, the Tess prospect, Skarn Ridge, the 15-kilometre project-scale opportunity and the financial runway to keep exploring even if Tess disappoints. Rob also explains the shareholder structure, including B2Gold's 19.9% position, Alpayana's 9.9% stake and his own roughly 5% ownership. Finally, we explore his background at Hope Bay and Meliadine and the Coffee Project, which he says grew to roughly five million ounces within three years of the first hole. Key Insights In This Episode ✅ Prospector Metals is executing a C$15M, 20,000-metre Yukon drilling campaign with three active drills. ✅ The company held roughly C$36M cash and expects C$25–30M remaining at the end of 2026. ✅ B2Gold owns 19.9% and Alpayana owns 9.9%, providing major strategic and technical shareholder backing. ✅ High-grade gold continuity and grade are the key geological questions the 2026 step-out drilling aims to answer. ✅ Delayed laboratory turnaround means a steady stream of drill assays could continue through approximately Christmas. ✅ Rob Carpenter sees geological similarities in structural geometry between ML and the Coffee Project, which grew to roughly five million ounces. The S&P 500 slipped 0.8%, but its developing bull flag keeps my bias pointed higher, while the VIX jumped 9.2%. The bigger macro signal is coming from bonds, with the U.S. 10-year yield closing near 4.97% and the 20-year reaching 5.39%. Meanwhile, the Bloomberg Commodity Index has broken out of a major cup-and-handle formation, producing potential measured targets from roughly 190 to 220, with the percentage-based projection implying a 54% move. Gold fell 1.5%, silver dropped 2.3%, and copper declined 2%, creating several critical technical levels to watch. I also dig into where the next opportunities and risks may be forming across commodity equities. WTI oil exploded 9.6% after reaching roughly $104, while Brent gained 8.6% after approaching $110, although I expect both to cool next week.
