Excellent podcast! Thanks for sharing this back story of the Dixie Mafia. I grew up hearing about it and even knowing "associated people". It is great hearing about the OGs. Very interesting. Fascinating!

I can't imagine sharing my family history with the world the way Stony has in this podcast. Emotional and amazing! I was hooked the moment I heard the name Birt... made me think of my dad Bert. ❤️

This is an amazing podcast!! The incredible story of Billy Birt told thru the eyes of is devoted son, Stoney. This episode had me in tears. The story Billy told Stone about what he thinks about when he sees his hand shake from the parkinson's. Ugh, heart wrenching, and humbling at the same time. 😭💕

This is one of the best podcasts I've heard. The story telling by Stoney is spot on. His timing, inflection and sensitivity is impeccable. And the host is equally as good. By all accounts, this man killed dozens of people and committed heinous crimes, yet I find myself very sympathetic and actually liking him (similar to Tony Soprano). Well done guys...fantastic

I really love this podcast. It’s always refreshing to hear the other side of the story, the side that doesn’t only portray a monster, but a family.
