Jim Hentschel is Vice President, Global Safety Systems & Integration, General Motors.  A mechanical engineer by trade, Jim has more than 34 years at GM and has held global leadership positions in several critical areas.  
Jim Farley, CEO of Ford Motor Company. Jim was recently appointed CEO Oct. 1, 2020. Jim previously was Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw all of Ford’s global markets and operations, including Smart Mobility, Autonomous Vehicles and Artificial Intelligence. He has been at the center of strategy and innovation at Ford for some time. Jim is also a fanatical car buff and race car driver, and I’ve heard that his idea of unwinding is getting out on the racetrack.  Those who work with him tell me that he is truly a humble leader with a deep personal commitment to inclusion and diversity, especially for women.
Marcelo Conti, Director Global Purchasing & Supply Chain, Chassis & Body Structures. Marcelo’s rich leadership background includes significant roles in both Net Jets and Rolls Royce prior to GM. 
With several decades in leadership roles for major companies in manufacturing, Jon is a strong advocate for building diverse and effective teams. 
Lee Meadows is also an author, frequent public speaker and a highly respected  voice on diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. 
Andy Doyle, Global Vice President, Direct Material Procurement, at Eaton Corporation, and a member of the Inforum Board of Directors. More than 20 years in leadership across a variety of industries have given Andy a great perspective on leading and diversity.
