Jim previously was Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw all of Ford’s global markets and operations, including Smart Mobility, Autonomous Vehicles and Artificial Intelligence. He has been at the center of strategy and innovation at Ford for some time. Jim is also a fanatical car buff and race car driver, and I’ve heard that his idea of unwinding is getting out on the racetrack. Those who work with him tell me that he is truly a humble leader with a deep personal commitment to inclusion and diversity, especially for women.
