The problem with the Fascim | Communism spectrum is that those immature in the USSA take action upon fear. Fear that the fascist will run the country. Fear that the communism will run the country. The reality is a quasi-equilibrium between the two, with a slight tide that ebbs and flows between the two depending on the popular ideology of the day. The rule is, don't live in fear. #gnosis

I enjoy your show, but you need to educate yourself on what socialism is. If you did, you'd know that Stalinist Russia and Maoist China were not socialist, because they didn't have democracy. The term "socialist" has been misused for a variety of reasons, I recommend listening to Noam Chomsky speak on the subject. Socialism is democracy applied to business and economics, every coop is a socialist organization, every business where employees own shares of the corporation is quasi-socialist. State ownership is not required by the definition of socialism, and any state that isn't democratic can't be defined as socialist, no matter how much it might call itself that.
