Ms. Austin is a published author, 2017 Humanitarian Award recipient, business development coach, and professor in the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University.

Lynn has more than 20 years of executive management experience at fortune 100 companies. Her professional portfolio includes leadership roles at Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Harley-Davidson Motor Company-where she was the first African American Director of Marketing.

Among her many accolades, she orchestrated a landmark integrated marketing program that toured the U.S. and later became a featured exhibit at the 2008 grand opening of the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee, WI.

As a life-long student of communications, Lynn strives to guide, motivate, and inspire learning, understanding, and transformation. She specializes in public relations, strategic internal and external communications, crisis communications, brand messaging, and community relations.

Lynn holds a B.S. from Washington Adventist University and an MBA from Capella University. Additionally, Lynn has a Six Sigma green belt and Business and Marketing, certified technical expertise (CTE) certifications.

She has been profiled in a wide range of media and featured speaker at conferences and workshops throughout the country. She is active in her church and enjoys riding motorcycles, hiking, reading, and traveling.
