Welcome to episode 181! Happy New Year! We will be closing off the year with a 7 Step toolkit to reflect on last year and set new goals for this year. Today I will share my favourite ritual that I do at the end of each year which is an exercise called Magic Memories. This exercise will help to reflect on the year that has passed and focus on creating a spectacular year ahead. What do you want to accomplish, change and what are you committed to?
