Often the simplest things are the most powerful, like your tip here. I like variety so it's super hard for me but it does work when I do it. I have a few tips I go by as well but I will add just one here, don't compare yourself to the others, mainly on sm. same as doing unnecessary decisions, unnecessary comparison is detrimental.
