It will delve into the challenges and joys of fatherhood and how it can impact a man's mental health. We will cover topics such as the pressure to provide for and protect one's family, the difficulties of balancing work and family life, and the emotional ups and downs of parenthood. The podcast will also discuss the importance of self-care and seeking support in order to maintain good mental health as a father.

A quickie for you all, as I'm a busy parent like yourselves! I wanted to throw down some stuff my child has said over the last year which is forever burned in my memory. I also hint on some stuff they can say which I have to remind myself not to take it personally...which is a foreshadow for PT2.

We took the dive and started potty training! I go over how it went, how its going, and the monster turd my son created. Also discuss having a freezer full of moose meat and the fact that we've had Halloween decorations up since Sept 1st.

This episode I discuss what I like to refer to as "The Accident"....when a high pressure hose hit me in the face causing several fractures and months of healing. I was out for the count and felt completely useless as a dad, husband, landlord, and fire fighter.

My son was almost 86'd from daycare by simply being a typical toddler. I go over the drama with his previous daycare followed by what I like to call the "saving grace" academy that we stumbled over.

I start season two off by telling the story of one of the worst winter storms in my Alaskan existence and the week of "roughing it" without power / heat. Ultimate dad/husband/survival mode engaged!!!!
Season 1 finale! I go over a short list of what I like to call "dad wins". Everything from Top Gun themes, ready player one, and playing games...I've gotta say....we got a pretty rad little dude!
