Self-Doubt is a part of the human experience and we all experience it thru out our lives. However, when self-doubt stops you from living your best life it's time to examine those thoughts.In this episode I will share with you my own recent experiences of self doubt and the tools I used to move thru those feelings.  
In this episode I'm sharing my favorite tool for discovering & working my thoughts.  It’s paper thinking, or journaling. See my brain runs 1000 miles a minute and slowing it down to even capture a thought in order to work with it was hard sometimes. But paper thinking helped me to slow down the brain and capture what it was actually running quietly in the background. This let me then decide on purpose if those thoughts are ones that I would want to continue thinking OR if I want to find new thought that would better serve me.
