Has anyone gone to their High School reunion?  Does the pandemic offer the perfect excuse not to attend?  In this weeks episode Ricardo and Fatima reminisce about their time in high school. Ricardo's 10 year high school reunion would be happening in a couple months, who knows if anything will happen due to the pandemic though. Fatima talks about the type of student she was and how she barely graduated.  Even though her 10 year reunion is a year away she already knows that she does not want to go. On the other hand, Ricardo was a pretty good student and the chismoso in him is intrigued in seeing certain people 10 years later.  Also in this episode, Fatima talks about the trials and tribulations that come with high school friendships. She shares the story of how some friendships blossomed and how others ended in such bad terms that their lack of resolution still haunts her from time to time. It is Black History Month and while we think it is important to celebrate the progress we have made, we also think it is extremely important to talk about what role we play in this racist society. We start off the episode talking about the capital attack and how differently that was handled in comparison to the Black Lives Matter protests.  We then try to look back at our upbringing and see when we became aware of racism. We discuss the importance and role our family and society play on how we grow up and see each other.
