Book Abstract:

In today’s complex world, it can be difficult to make decisions that align with our values. Invaluable fills an important gap in decision-making: of achieving clarity on our values and integrating them into our decisions consciously. You, dear reader, already have unique values waiting to be unpacked and articulated across diverse work contexts. Invaluable offers a holistic framework to aid its discovery, testing and succinct communication. This homage to values is brought out through stories, philosophy, poetry, citizen science and embedded podcasts. By the end of this book, you will have a deeper understanding of your singular values blueprint, making intentional decision-making an enriching process. You will also be inspired to live a life that is true to your values.

They said emptiness and fullness were opposite ends of the spectrum. Meanwhile, emptiness found itself full and fullness found itself empty.
Service was hard work, they said, and joy the result. Meanwhile, hard work showed up as joy, and service was the result.
Time is the cause of all things, they said, but in that moment when time stopped the other day, the timeless cause knocked.

Counting will break connection to spirit, they warned. Imagine the surprise when spirit instead broke through counting!
Look, they said, at the narrow river of love that humans are. They didn't see that the narrow river connected to the ocean and turned humans into gods.
Look, they said, at your stubborn habit that refuses to die. Little did they know that this was your superpower waiting for context.
Look, they said, you gotta get out of your head. Little did they know that your head was the sanctuary for your heart and your superpower.
They said, learn strategy to come out ahead. Strangely, when the self was found, strategy came out true.
They said, don't let your feelings confuse you. Little did they realize that confusion arose when you could not feel.
What makes distinctions a valid representation of I, they asked? Little did they fathom that I am the source of validity.
