Haven’t recorded a podcast in a full year and started it when I was 18. Feels like a time capsule for my brain. I am inspired to restart it, especially since so much excitement has occurred in my life since we last talked. I am a new woman (well not totally) but I am growing. Happy to be back and hope everyone is feeling the summer time magic.
I recently made a big decision to stop rowing in college. It helped me understand the difficulty in choosing but how to ultimately know the right decision and to feel completely comfortable with it. I share my thought process and some of the things I learned.
Switching to a spring mindset has boosted my mood 1000%. Here are somethings I am thinking of that help me be happy! I can’t put pressure on one thing because that builds up the stress.

The overwhelming feeling of nostalgia and the need for security in a pandemic can be difficult.
This year was a whirlwind. My advice... take the time to enjoy December with those who make you feel loved! I share a few of my favorite holiday things.
