Danny and Louis discuss Charlton’s new life under manager Nathan Jones and how Tuesday night’s win over Derby has lifted spirits at The Valley. We discuss Charlotn’s high expectations at the start of the season and the disappointment of a poor start.  Louis tells us that Nathan Jones has had a significant impact on the fans and atmosphere at Charlton, creating a sense of excitement and unity. He’s made tactical changes, including rotating players and pushing for higher energy and pressing. The defence has improved under Jones, with better organisation and fewer individual mistakes. The team has become more consistent in their formation, sticking with a 3-5-2. While fans are optimistic about avoiding relegation, there is still some concern due to the team's previous performances.
