On this podcast, I will share strategies, articles and books that will help us develop more social awareness, self-awareness, and self-management skills. We will learn self-care tips and strategies that will help us get up, show up and be our best selves. I will also interview people that are doing the HEART WORK and I will ask them to share their journey and the lessons that they have learned.

An action plan is a guide that will help you keep track of your goal. An action plan will also answer the Who, What, When, How and Why behind each step of your goal. Remember we must write down our goals and we must create a plan for our goals. An action plan gives our goals clear and trackable direction. We are able to prioritize our action steps when we see them written down. We are able to refer back to the plan when we get distracted or if we are in an unmotivated state.
As we continue our series on personal development, we will continue to discuss ways to level up and how to get to that extraordinary life that we dream of. In our last episode we discussed self-care and reasons why we should take self care seriously. In this episode we are discussing setting SMART Goals for our personal lives. So often we associate putting systems, routines and procedures in place for our work lives, but what do we put in place for our personal lives. We will discuss setting routines, systems, and procedures in place for our personal lives. 
In this Episode we will focus on Personal Growth. To live an extraordinary life, we must continue to expand and grow. We are thinkers, creators, visionaries, and in order for us to bring our ideas into action we must continue to learn and grow. Self-Care is underrated and for the most part just like any other movement or healthy lifestyle it has been co-opted by a culture of unhealthy indulgence. Self-Love is the highest form of self-care. We are going to explore self-care from four perspectives: 1.  What do we put in our bodies, what we consume… 2. How we use our bodies 3. How we spend our time 4. What we put on our bodies

What is a Growth Mindset and how do we develop a growth mindset? A growth mindset is Related to our belief about our ability and it Creates a whole mental world for us to live in. We should treat our personal goals  just as we treat our work goals because someone once said, a dream written down with a date becomes a goal, A goal broken down into steps becomes a plan, a plan backed by action makes your dreams a reality.
