Today, the host becomes the guest, giving Zy’Eira Wells, Cameron McCullough, and Loreal Allen the opportunity to ask Dr. Boozer some tough questions. We are excited to welcome our first guest to "It's a Great Day in U4" with Dr. Boozer! Kendra Bonam is the principal of Bottenfield Elementary School. Mrs. Bonam began her career in Unit 4 in 2005 and spent nine years as a fourth grade teacher at Kenwood Elementary. She also recently retired from the Illinois Air National Guard after 16 years as a personnel specialist. Listen as Mrs. Bonam, a Champaign native and proud Unit 4 alum, shares her unconventional journey into education and the wisdom she is gaining as a first-year principal.
