Thanks to my cousin Lea for reminding me how much I actually really love recording this Podcast. This year turned into a quarterly recording by maybe next year I'll be more organised and post more regularly. We'll see. I hope you are doing so very well and staying healthy. Please wear a mask if you can and be sure to channel your introvert self and stay in your home as much as possible. You're the best. See you in 2021. Hopefully.
its.me.sam.podcast@gmail.com I missed ya'all more than I miss using the bathroom without a kid being in there with me. Take care of yourselves and be safe.
I'm the most unreliable podcaster you know! Maybe I'll do better. Probably not, but I love ya'all anyway. Hope you're holding it together quarantine-style. Get ahold of me if you need help. Thanks pals.
Happy New Year! I'm back! Thanks for listening. Love ya'all more than Sunday naps.
Follow my weight loss and health efforts at its.me.sam.poscast on Instagram. Warning: If you listen on speaker with your kids in the room, probably dont do that towards around 45 minutes to the end. Thanks for listening. Tell a friend, leave a rating, and help me grow this podcast so I can keep paying to taxi my kids everywhere, everyday. Thanks. I love ya'all more than chewing ice.
correction: insulin, not penicillin at about 37 minutes. I'm an idiot. Sorry. also, I have it from a good source that homemade iced coffee is not the same as what I'm buying in the store. I'll elaborate more later. carry on. love ya more than Lee's pork cracklins from the shady Valero on West 3rd (they're so good, but you're better!)

I turned 37 years old. I'm no longer a smoker. I no longer drink alcohol. I'm thankful to eliminate secret habits from my life. I'm thankful for this platform to share about my life and I hope and pray that my words are helpful to even just one person. Being vulnerable sucks. But I'll keep doing it if it means that maybe I could help someone. Contact me: its.me.sam.podcast@gmail.com Thanks for listening. I love ya'all more than the first day of school.
I recorded this episode before the tragic mass shooting on August 4th in one of my favorite spots, the Oregon District in Dayton, Ohio. If you're the praying type, please pray that God would be near the families of the victims, those that were injured, those who left uninjured but will have a difficult emotional recovery, and for the city of Dayton. Thanks pals.

We live in a society that makes demands on how women should look literally from the hair on our head, down to our toenails and every part in between. I typically look like a homeless troll who could use a nap, but I am spending a big pile of money to have straight teeth, so maybe I'm caught up in societal standards more than I realize. Where do you fall? And for Christians, how do we handle the expectations of this world without getting too "caught up?" How much is too much? I love ya'all more than garage sales. Thanks for listening. . I'd love to hear your thoughts. its.me.sam.podcast@gmail.com.
For this episode we're jumping into a new series of topics. My hope is that you'll listen and provide feedback on what you think and feel about the question presented. Leave a comment or send me an email at its.me.sam.podcast@gmail.com. . As Christians, we're called to live every part of our life "on mission." How do vacations fit into that calling? Discuss! I love ya'all more than Chick-fil-a ice. Thanks for listening.
First, hamster anatomy. Then, Disney, moon rocks, and the German goddess. Roll from there straight into Hufflepuff talk. We touch on Halloween, Jazz Cat, and MLM scams. There are so many twists and turns to this episode. I challenge you to listen closely and take it all in. It's a wild ride! . Thank you so much to my guests for this episode! . I'm kicking off a new series this week! That's right. A SERIES. Which is mostly a way to bind me to continue recording, and also a way for me to share some opinions of mine that may not be the norm or maybe even unpopular. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Let's share opinions! Thanks for listening. ‐------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This week I'm sharing about my opinion regarding religious freedom in the schools. Both my 7 year old and 12 year recently had experiences in their schools. Let me be clear on a few things. 1.I'm not 'bashing' my kids' school. 2. Both of my kids' teachers handled the interactions professionally and I am not bashing teachers. Teachers are amazing. 3.I have had a conversation with the principal, who consulted with the superintendent. I was told there is no school policy regarding this issue, but that it essentially falls under the 'separation of church and state.' I disagree and figured I'd talk about it. It's my opinion only, and as my Uncle says, "Opinions are like armpits. Everyone has them and they all stink." Let me know what you think.

50th episode! kind of. If you look back through, you'll see that I clearly have an issue with counting and have mixed up episode numbers along the way. I need a personal assistant. Anyway, today's episode is three life updates bc it's been a while since I talked to ya'all. Also, a minor rant rant about the importance of letting your kids experience and navigate feelings; specifically failure and rejection. I love ya'all more than being on time. Thanks for listening.
For today's episode Jill is back to record a follow-up to episode 33, 'Why I can't say congratulations'. Check out that episode first, and then come back over to hear Jill elaborate about how our mistakes can affect our future, God's plan for relationships, and how to recover that plan. Jill and her husband have been married for 17 years and meet with couples in their church for pre-marital counseling. She brings wisdom and truth in a way that will both challenge and encourage you. I'm so grateful to her for talking with me and for being willing to tackle this topic. If you have any additional questions or comments for Jill, you can send an email to its.me.sam.podcast@gmail.com. Thanks so much for listening.
It's about to be Valentine's Day ya'all. Seems like a good time to get vulnerable. Thoughtcatalog.com has '37 Good Questions To Ask If You Want To Get Vulnerable With Someone You Love.' Although the most ridiculous title, the questions are pretty deep and will definitely lead to some transparent conversation. So, for this episode I've answered only 10 of them to keep it from being a 8 hours long. Enjoy. I love ya'all more than Colby cheese. Thanks so much for listening.

totally relate to this. Sunday we had a guy come in late, sat down next to someone, and ive never seen him before. immediately start texting, never figured out who he was. but I definitely was distracted the whole service worried about if he was going to pull a gun. Aweful to have those feeling but in today's world it's hard not too.
