Hiatus Over! Life has settled down, and we're back on our saddle so buckle up buckaroos as Tabak and Warren discuss the Red Sox coming up on Spring Training, as well as our predictions for the Super Bowl. It's getting back into the swing of things. All good things. It Just Means Less
It's a blast from our buried past as Scott, Robbie, and Zach come together for the first time on podcast in three years since their short lived tenure with The Bastards of Boston Baseball. We discuss free agency, position changes, spring training and general and we all shit on Scott Boras. It's good to be back, it won't be the last time, IT JUST MEANS LESS.
It's a solo episode for Tabak as he reacts to the World Title Match and the Men's Royal Rumble Match. His opinions, and predictions. We also briefly discuss the VKM controversy. A show that over delivered, with an ending that Tabak objects to but understands. We are on the road to WrestleMania, things are just getting started. It Just Means Less
Nick Saban has retired and there is an exodus occuring in Tuscaloosa as a result. How will Kalen Deboer handle the pressure? Bill Belichick and Patriots have parted ways? What does it mean for Jerod Mayo as the new head coach and what does a Belichick in Atlanta look like? This weekend of the NFL playoffs has serious implications and we discuss how we got here. We also discuss the fallout of NJPW The New Beginning in Nagoya. Tama Tonga is gone, and so is Kazuchika Okada?!? Where will they go? Just insane wrestling news out of Japan. Okada leaving NJPW is like LeBron leaning the Cavs in terms of surprise for their respective sports. We discuss Montgomery and Snell and why they haven't signed anywhere (Spoiler Alert: It's Scott Boras fault)
Finally we end the episode discussing the beautiful game of baseball, what the sport and Fenway mean to us. Our fear of where the game might going as a result of all this money being tossed around. At the end of the day Home is where the park is, and most of this just means less.
Michigan has won the national title, what does it mean for Harbaugh and can they repeat? Discussion on the NFL Playoff slate for Wildcard Week. There is genuine concern for Kota Ibushi's health and legacy. Is Harbaugh going back to the NFL? And is the hype around Yoshida getting traded hotstove hogwash or legitimate? It's the first episode of the New Year, and Tabak and Warren are going to hit the road running!
All aboard the Flacco Train!
The CFP and NY6 are upon us. We're excited and anxious to see how our Rebels and Seminoles will do respectively. The Red Sox finally land a needle mover for their rotation in Lucas Giolito. Russell Wilson the most undeserving scapegoat in Denver? Who is going to make the National Championship?
That and much more in this sprint of an episode.
Taped on Christmas Eve, Scott and Zach discuss what's left for the Red Sox after Yamamoto comes off the board. We discuss the underdog Browns, and the surging Seahawks. We also recommend sports movies for the week. Zach copes with crushing breaking news he sees while recording, and Scott discusses the Rise and Fall and current state of NASCAR and how to make stock car racing fun again in the United States. Jerry Kill is that dude.
Shohei to the Dodgers, a master stroke or a recipe for disappointment? Appalachian State gets well deserved flowers. Pros and cons of Criswell and O'Neill to the Red Sox. NFL dark horses. Why Yamamoto is a must get. Ole Miss killing it on the recruiting trail and transfer portal. Rant on the White Sox and ownership and discussion on possible MLB expansion.
We have a name for the podcast at last. Are the Yankmees and the Cowboy due for a championship run? What teams will strengthen their playoff chances this Sunday? What must the Red Sox to at least be competitive? Who's going where in the transfer portal? How deep does this FSU conspiracy go? That and a little more.
Zach and Scott start a brand new podcast with a name to be determined. This week it's all about college football, conference championships, playoff implications, and Heisman talk. Saddle up because the Celtic and the Rebel aren't pulling any punches.
Rambles, Celtics, and Wal-Mart. Impressions too. Take care of yourself and each other. Sorry for the first 11 minutes with the wind. Also the editing on this sucked lol
Kendrick Perkins, Lemon Pepper Wings, What's Hot What's Not, what I'm watching, what I'm on the fence on. No predictions, just gonna enjoy the graps. Recorded at my work. Followed up by a random impression. Don't crap it up, wrap it up. Wrestling is real, people are fake.
I give my Scott Hall story, and why his passing shattered me the way it has. He left a massive impression on me, and he left us way too soon. Hard work pays off, dreams come true, Bad times don't last, but Bad Guys do. Outsider 4 Life. Rest in peace, Scott Hall.
Sorry for dead air my intro won't post. My whole podcast got deleted, and I didn't take it well. Just 14 minutes of ranting. Not the brightest moment.
My expectations for the Celtics, why I don't listen to Boston sports media, or fan accounts (with some exceptions) and also I eat hot wings. It's a trade deadline mukbang! I get a little angry but it's all good in the hood. Not hoping for the best, just hoping we don't do anything stupid.
Quick sprint episode. In the midst of trying to balance so much, I hop on to ground myself and reflect and be grateful for how well things are going. Pels-Blazers trade, and Pacers-Kings trade. Also Fernando might not be as expendable as I thought he was. Enes Freedom might be the odd man out. A little scatterbrained on this episode admittedly, but I felt the need to touch base. Take care, and stay safe.
The G.O.A.T. has retired. And I'm forever grateful. Thank you TB12.
A conversation with my mom about adulting, malls being sexist, horrible drivers, home ownership, and cutting ties with Burger King. This and more in this impromptu recording of the podcast. Stay safe, and take care.
Putting my best foot forward. Trying to limit the F-Bombs. Clean it up after my embarrassing performance on the last commentary episode, admittedly not as embarrassing as the Patriots defense that night. People are crapping all over this show. I enjoyed it, and chatted alongside it and called the action. Hope y'all enjoy!
Zachie is on his best behavior as we detail the current landscape in the NHL and open the search to new assets, and trade partners that can help the Bruins take that next step. PG13 No F-Bombs, Let's Go!
