Lucas is the faculty member responsible for the Accelerated MBA international study trip and has joined us today to provide some insight into what the study trip is all about, how the trip works with the Accelerated MBA curriculum – specifically the Global Business focus, but also how the trip incorporates aspects of Leadership Essentials and Innovation and Disruption.
Tessa joins us to talk about the online learning platform used for the Accelerated MBA and how it all works. As a graduate of both the Ivey HBA and MBA programs Tessa is in a unique position to apply her intimate knowledge of the Ivey case method learning environment to the development of the Accelerated MBA’s learning modules.
Kanina Blanchard instructs the Impact and Influence class in Ivey’s Accelerated MBA program and has extensive experience working in international business, the public service, non-profit, and consulting. Having lived and worked globally, she is recognized for her ability to adapt, lead teams and projects, and navigate complexities across various sectors, geographies, and cultures.With expertise in the areas of organizational and communication challenges as well as issues, crisis and change management, her greatest passion is in the area of leadership development, education, and coaching.
Milena is the Chief of Staff for the CEO of McCain Foods and works alongside the Global CEO and Senior Leadership team to develop, structure, and implement key strategic initiatives across 160 countries.
