The second hour of the last JIOT1 on UMFM. The banter and reminiscing continues in this second hour as do the great tunes. This is part 1 of the last JIOT1 on the UMFM airwaves. All the past show hosts are back to pick some of their favorite songs over the past 11 years. There is also a lot of banter and reminiscing between the six co-hosts and that other guy that was there (James). You will hear classic songs by Face to Face, Lagwagon, Satanic Surfers, Bigwig, Rancid, Strung Out and many more. You will also here us asking for a lot of donations since it was UMFM's pledge drive.
The second last JIOT1 on UMFM. I threw caution to the wind, and basically played a greatest hits show. Really great fast-paced show! All this for the lead up to the big finale next week!
That's right, this is the third last on-air JIOT1 and old show host Mr. T came along to spin some rockin' tunes. No real structure to this show, just some great tunes, including ones from bands you may not have heard in a while (thanks to Mr. T's different perspective on things). Enjoy!
That's right, JIOT1's days on air are coming to an end and this is the 4th last show that will be aired on UMFM. Was a great show that rocked pretty much the whole way through with tunes from Implants, Propagandhi, Pulley, Samiam, Face to Face, Pennywise and so many more great rockin' tunes. (note that although there are only 4 on air shows left, the podcasts will continue; just probably not at the same frequency).
The title for this show is totally random. Great show though with new tunes from Propagandhi, NOFX, The Swellers and even Billy Talent (one of the hardest songs i have ever heard from them). Show also featured classics from Lagwagon, SNFU, and the Mad Caddies. Check out the show for good times...if you are into good times that is!
Couldn't figure out what to call this show, so I figured I would call it what it is...punk music. Great show with a lot of new songs (NOFX, The Swellers, Propagandhi, etc.) and your favorite classics (Descendents, SNFU, etc.). Just sit back and enjoy a good hour of Punk Rock!
It's September. Kids and University students are heading back to school. I don't think I make a reference to it during the show, but I do play a lot of great punk music - old and new! Great new tunes from Propagandhi, NOFX, Jason Cruz and the Howl, Mongol Horde, Anchors, Implants, etc. and awesome classic tunes from Break the Silence, Suicide Machines, Bigwig, Choke, etc. to put you in an awesome mood before getting into the thick of school. For those listeners out of school, it's just good times as always!
