Since this podcast has begun, I haven't really detailed my background in the fitness industry and how I came to be a personal trainer. The podcast began at a pace with nearly twenty episodes before I've gotten the chance to tell a story about how I navigated the fitness industry up until this point. The episode is brief, my first (of hopefully many) solo runs, and details my background, how I became a PT, and generally, what has happened up until that point. I also give some perspectives on what I would do differently if I could do it over again, and also some of the issues I faced with commercial gyms, outdoor training & lockdown mayhem amongst other things. Enjoy.
