Love this episode. Tracy Edwards is an incredibly inspiration. I was at Ocean village as a 13 years old when Maiden sailed back into harbour. Watching the documentary brings back some memories. Simply the Best being played is what I always remember but I was too young to take it all in. Just imagine this being done in the social media age. it was arguably the biggest achievement on the planet at the time with reasonable coverage. The mind boggles as to how it would be covered now. What Tracy has done since it's so heartwarming and inspirational.

Fantastic to listen to such an inspirational person. I listened on a cold day during lockdown feeling sorry for myself, so this definitely reminded me how lucky I am!

F**k me Foxy. That was an awesome podcast. Not going to lie, had a lump in the throat and a tear in the eye a couple of times. A truly inspiring young man. Thank you for sharing his experiences with us.

Forgive me but feel compelled to make a comment after listening to the latest Pod. It seemed to have escaped Victoria completely that 45,000 + people have died during this pandemic with many thousands of others put under severe hardship. All she seemed interested in is how her Vo2 max levels had improved and how much she enjoyed her time during lockdown. Just struck me as being a little unthoughtful to say the least. End of rant, not on you Jason I know. Keep up the good work. Steve.

Great podcast, interesting people and the slightly unpolished feel is quite fitting and allows the interviewees to relax and unfold. Really interesting and humble people who have done amazing things. I like that you have tried to explore the mental side of things, and the link to your charity. I hope this series runs and runs. Top man and top podcast
