Let's go over some thing narcissists absolutely reject and want nothing to do with. 

Sometimes no contact isn't an option. You have kids with a narcissist, you're still married, still living together and you can't just disappear, much as you'd like to. So when you can't go no contact you have to master the art of grey rock and THIS is how you do it.  Super quick here grey rock is the name of the technique used to slowly teach the narcissist that they will have to go elsewhere to get their supply because YOU are closing up shop! You want to become as flat and dull and boring as a grey rock..  Again, this should really only be done when you can't go no contact. If no contact is an option, that is what needs to happen.  Let's go through when you do this, how you do it and what it accomplishes. 

What's true and what's a lie? With a narcissist it's really hard to tell. I'm going to tell you some ways to see right through all the lies and identify when you ARE being lied to by a narcissist. 

How does the narcissist get new supply so fast?  Why is this new person so much better than me?  How come they move on so fast and I don't?  What happens if the new person in their life dumps them?  That's right in this video we're diving into the narcissists new supply.  Pulling apart the relationship and answering some questions. The new source of supply, or new supply is a term used to describe a new person who the narcissist has latched themselves onto.
