Jesus and the Upside Down

This Lent the theme for our Sunday services will be "Jesus and the Upside Down." This is a reference to the Netflix series "Stranger Things," where the characters faced the terrors, mysteries and trials of an upside down world. In a similar way, Jesus came and confronted a world that had become upside down - no longer aligned with Gods intention and dreams for the world. We share stories of Jesus confronting powerful adversaries, trials and death, and see how Gods love and grace overcome a world often "upside down." God continues to be with us as our lives enter the upside down from time to time.
