Dr. Logan shares how he coached them to date in a way that honors God and doesn't leave them with shame and guilt in their marriage. Dr. Logan teaches an entire class on handling stress. We are becoming more stressed in our current media addicted culture. We do not know how to unplug, and get along with God and rest. Stresses will come in your life, but you need to know how to empty your emotional bucket before it turns into depression.
What is your response when God leads you into the wilderness? The wilderness is painful, dry, and hot place and we can enter that through our hurts and pains in life. God is teaching you, but we can only learn when we have experienced pain or suffering. The good news is that God is always with you and helping you through it.
How can you handle suffering in a Godly way? Why does God allow us to go through hardships? Strongholds are what the enemy seeks to form and use in a believer's life. Strongholds are often viewed as a walled city but built on lies that are used by the enemy to destroy my life in behaviors, emotions, or reactions that are ungodly.
